Cecilia Frænkel is Senior Manager, International Relations, at AB Stokab, a telecom network infrastructure provider in Stockholm, Sweden. The company is owned by the City and The County of Stockholm. Cecilia Frænkel has a deep experience in the telecom field in which she has been active in the last 20 years. During the years she has been specialised in marketing and sales and opened 1990 a representative office for Telia in France, which she managed for about 4 years. She was also active in the start up process of Unisource in France. Before this her background was in the travel business which has given her an experience in different business cultures all over the world.
